Q. I am running Deltagraph 4.0 on Windows 98. While creating a chart, I moved the toolbox over to the right. The next time I opened DeltaGraph to work with a chart, the toolbox was partially hidden up under the Menu. Because the title bar is covered, I am unable to click and drag the toolbox down. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the toolbox remains partially hidden beneath the Menu. What can I do?
A. This is a problem related to the MDI interface. To reset your saved window positions, you will have to find and delete the DG4.prf file located in your DeltaGraph directory. Make sure you have your license code readily available though, because once the file is deleted, you will have to re-enter the license the next time you reopen DeltaGraph.
