| Changing DeltaGraph 5.x data to "Series in Rows" doesn't save correctly | |||||||

Q. I am using DeltaGraph version 5.0.x and have created a sample Scatter Chart using sample data. When the chart is first created, the data option (under the Data menu) has been selected as "Series in Columns." I change this to "Series in Rows" and then reset the chart so that it uses the Series in Rows option. I save this file and close it. When I reopen the file, it seems to retain the "Series in Rows" selection, but when I click on the Data and check the Data menu, the option has not only changed back to "Series in Columns" but the chart layout changes back to what it had been originally. The chart will also change back if I simply select it and use the drag handles to resize it. What am I doing wrong? A. This problem has been filed as a defect with our developers. The only workaround is to replot the charts after changing the Data option back to "Series in Rows." We apologize for the inconvenience.
