| DeltaGraph 4.0.x: All symbols in my chart appear as 'd'. |
Q. I have created several charts that use symbols in DeltaGraph 4.0.x. I saved all the charts into a PowerPoint presentation and they look great. I sent the presentation to another user, and when the user viewed the presentation, all of the symbols appear as a normal d-letter. What is going on?
A. The problem is that the font you used to create the charts is not installed on the computer that is being used to view the charts. To correct the problem, please choose the "Built-in Symbols" option for the created the charts, then re-export them. To do this, select the chart and go to Chart->Symbol. Choose the series you need to change, click on Built-in Symbols and then click OK. The Built-in DeltaSymbol does not rely on any one font, so it is universal to all systems.
