Q. I am using DeltaGraph 5.0.x on a Windows 98 or Windows ME machine with Adobe Acrobat 5.0.5 installed. I would like to export my charts to PDF format using Adobe Distiller. I select File->Print Canvas. In the printer name drop down, I choose Acrobat Distiller and click OK. I then choose a name to save the PDF file and Adobe Acrobat opens. However, the resulting PDF file is blank. Did I do something wrong? A. This is a problem that has been reported to our developers for repair in a future release of DeltaGraph. Currently, there is no workaround for this problem. If at all possible, please install DeltaGraph 5.0.x on a computer with a different operating system. This feature is known to work well under Windows 2000. We apologize for the inconvenience.
