Opening DeltaGraph version 2.0 files into version 4.0
Q. I am using DeltaGraph version 4.0.5 with Windows NT 4 or Windows 95 or 98. When I try to open a DeltaGraph version 2.0 using 4.05, I get an error message that reads: "Exception: divide by zero (0xc0000094), Address: 0x0055786f." This is very frustrating. I was under the impression that current versions of DeltaGraph could open older DeltaGraph files. What have I done wrong?

A. Unfortunately DeltaGraph version 2.0 files have a different background scheme than that of version 4.0.5. Consequently you will not be able to open these files directly with your current 4.0.5 DeltaGraph. As a work around, however, you can use the DeltaGraph for Macintosh version 4.5. If you have access to both operating systems, you will be able to open the version 2.0 file in the Mac version, save it and then reopen it in DeltaGraph 4.0.5 for Windows.
