Exported DeltaGraph images display alpha datapoints when pasted into Word
Q. I am using DeltaGraph version 4.5 on a Macintosh 9.0.4 machine. I have been exporting my charts into a .wmf format and then pasting them into Word. On my Mac machine these documents look great. When I open them on a different machine (Mac or Windows) that doesn't have DeltaGraph installed, however, the data points are no longer represented by squares and circles but by letters J, B and so on. What am I doing wrong?

A. The problem is one that we have only seen when exporting DeltaGraph files into the .wmf format. The only work around to get your DeltaGraph image files to appear correctly in a Word Document is to either export the graphs as .jpg or .bmp file formats. We apologize for the inconvenience.
