How do I add superscript, subscript, and line breaks to my chart text?

Q: How do I add superscripts, subscripts, line breaks, etc. to my chart text?
A: Add any of the following in the data cell before the text you would like to format:

For...Type this...
Superscript text \+
Subscript text \-
Line breaks \r
Normal text \=
Backslashes \\
Null characters \0

For example, for your label to show up like this: volume2 + 5
The actual text you enter should look like this: volume\+2\= +5
The "\+" starts the superscript. The "\=" ends it.
Too force a line break your text would look like this: Line 1\rLine2

This method works with labels based on cells in the data sheet or labels based on text you enter into dialogs. See page 4-13 in the DeltaGraph 5 for Macontosh User's Guide.

To add superscript or subscript characters to text created using the text tool in Chart View follow these steps:
1) Highlight the text you would like to add style to.
2) Go to the Text menu, choose Style, and pick the style you would like to apply.
