Q. I am creating a number of Contour charts in DeltaGraph 4.0.5 on Windows 95. If I EDIT->SELECT ALL->COPY a page of charts, then VIEW->CHART VIEW->NEW PAGE->PASTE->SAVE, I will get "This program has caused an error and will shut downÉdg4 invalid page fault in module dg4.exe. I have plenty of memory, what's happening? A. This problem has been reported to us before, and we were able to replicate the error using Windows 95 and 98. It appears that no matter how many pages of charts or number of charts were created, DeltaGraph will crash consistently using the sequence of COPY->PASTE->SAVE. This did not happen when we performed this sequence on an Windows NT or DeltaGraph 5.0. If neither of these operating systems are available, the work around would be not to COPY->PASTE, but to create the new charts from scratch and SAVE.
