Date Formats in DeltaGraph
Q. I have an EXCEL document that I want to import into DeltaGraph 4.0.5. The file contains dates in mm/dd/yy and mm/yy formats. When I import or copy/paste the data into DeltaGraph, the dates with the year "01" change to "2001". I want my date to remain in 2-digit format. Is this possible?

A. It is possible to keep your date in 2-digit format, however, it requires formatting the EXCEL cells prior to entering your date data. In EXCEL, format your cells to Text, then start entering your dates. It doesn't matter whether you use "/" or "-". After you save your file, you can either import or copy/paste the data into DeltaGraph, and the date format will remain in the same format. The trick here is to remember to format the EXCEL cells prior to entering your dates. Even if you format a new column of cells to Text and copy/paste dates already entered from another column, the date format will revert to a different format when the data is brought into DeltaGraph.
