Q. I have created a bar chart in DeltaGraph 4.0.5e, and used a fill pattern in the bars. When I attempt to print the chart, it does not print correctly. It there anything I can do? A. First, please make sure you are using the latest print driver for your printer. To update the print driver, please go to your printer's web site, download and install the most recent PostScript driver that is available. If you continue to have problems printing after updating the print driver, please attempt to print the chart as a bit map. This should allow you to print the chart. Go to Edit->Preference. Drop Down the options menu and select Print Preferences. Click on the only options, Print Text As Bit map. Please uncheck this option when printing of the problematic chart is complete.
